Monday 24 March

Walked to Trailhouse.  Tube broken at base of valve stem.  In conversation on Usenet, Amuzi told me that I need to be more careful about keeping my tires hard, as soft tubes migrate inside the tire.

I recorded the most-recent rides in a new file to keep from falling further behind, and now I can't find it anywhere.  I've looked into all the 
old files where I sometimes stash things to deal with later.

It's lucky that I went farther than intended on Monday, because Weather Underground says rain to the end of the week, save for today when I have to stay home for the helper.

I set out for Zale's, but followed the route to Lowrey's, and didn't realize what I was doing until I saw the store.   Being a Loveless, I couldn't turn around and go back the way I came, so I crossed Winona and came back on the north side, as if I had been to Lowrey's, and that entailed a lot of walking because the parking lots do not connect, and I don't dismount and remount as easily as I used to.   I took quick tours through Karma and Chimp's.  Then picked up pills I hadn't ordered at Zale's (and didn't pick up the pills I needed), and bought potatoes at Kroger.
