Peripheral neuropathy no change.  Notice it when I curl my toes, do ankle-flexing exercises, or walk barefoot on linoleum.  Haven't tried closed-toe shoes.  Ends of toes sometimes feel as though I'd been wearing shoes that are too short.

Weight:  holding steady.  Never below 139 very rarely above 142.  Measured when naked and hungry.


Friday 26 July 2024 lacerated leg.  Some stitches out on Aug. 7.  Rest out on Aug 9.


Prednisolone still holding.  I limp when walking back and forth in the kitchen, sometimes feel pain on outside of left thigh when pulling knee to chest.  I've been careful not to stand still.  When not walking briskly, I sometimes veer to the left.

Woke up with sore hands.  Working it out showed that it's harder to make a fist than it used to be, and trying triggered the middle finger on my left hand.

Wringing a washrag will trigger my finger if I'm not careful.



Friday 9 August 2024 -- finger triggered while getting dressed.  Not a full snap to the palm, but definite click.


Thursday, 15 August 2024 -- I have been noticing arthritic pain in knuckle of middle finger of left hand.

Saturday, 7 September 2024 -- I have been getting pain on outside of right leg, centered on the knee.   It feels like over-use.  My lower-back exercises help.

Leg hurts when walking around the house, but did not interfere with walking to church yesterday.  Sharp pain in butt when getting into bed last night.  Pain in night, took aspirin after Levothyroxin was absorbed and I could have food with it.  Exercises helped, but calf raise hurts.
Below knee, pain in muscle to the right of the streak of bone.  Pain in hip and outside of front of thigh.

After breakfast:  the pain walked off except for a small ache in the right hip.  Right knee appreciates a warm hand.

Friday, 8 November 2024 -- been noticing that the age spot on under my left eye feels rough.

Pharmacist says people taking both lisenopril and levothyroxin should take zinc.

Sharp pains in back upon rising.  Exercises rendered me mobile, but still a bit sore.  May be time for more steroids.
