The day after eye surgery is a bad time to create a new file. And this will go on for twenty-eight days while I heal enough to get new glasses.

While I was sitting in the chair for the follow-up exam, my left leg started to hurt. I muttered "The Gabapentin has worn off" and thought nothing of it, but it got worse as the morning wore on, and on our way home from Richard's, where we had gone for breakfast, I was flinching at every pothole.

It eased up during my nap, then went back to inconvenient during the afternoon. It was painful to get out of bed.

Seemed to be better at nine, but except for the back-flatten, my evening exercises were abbreviated for aggravating the thigh pain, and I didn't even attempt the knee cross.

Once I managed to roll over, the pushuplets didn't bother it, nor did the wall push.

Sometimes there is tingling just above the knee.

My back aches just above the waist. I think maybe it has been doing that all day, but not so distinct. Not hearing much from the thigh at the moment.

A little pain while trying to fall asleep. Felt good on rising, not much pain during exercises, but for a little while at the beginning and end of my trip downtown, pedalling hurt the thigh.

I should feel good on rising. I take the gabapentin at eleven, so it should peak at midnight or one, and it has a half-life of five hours, which would make it a half dose at six and more than a quarter dose until ten.

Napping hurt, but I could rest flat on my back.

Thigh hurts now (seven p.m./19:00), but I can ignore it. Walking hurts a little.

I have to pay closer attention to feel the back pain than I did yesterday.

Whatever was bothering the spot just above my knee yesterday, I seem to have slept it off.

Morning exercises painless until the knee cross touched off the usual pain in the hip and outside of the thigh. It walked off, but hurts a little as I type. (7:15 p.m.)

I didn't notice anything in church. Felt a little strain when slowly walking down stairs to strengthen quads.

The knee cross hurt my left thigh. Pushuplets didn't hurt. Wall push thought about it.

Winced two or three times during morning exercises. Leg sore for a while afterward.

Relatively pain-free day. No difficulty riding a couple of miles. Hurt to roll over after evening exercises, pushuplets didn't hurt.

Some difficulty in finding a comfortable position at bedtime, again at four. I'm pretty sure I also got up at two, and didn't have discomfort.

On some morning exercises, while working the right leg I felt it in the left leg. Leg lifts limited by stretch, not by pain.

Pushuplets didn't hurt, as usual, and no particular difficulty in rolling over. Thigh hurts while typing. Slight pain on walking.

The glasses I bought yesterday work well for typing -- when I put on the correct pair. I typed in the 3.5s for a while, and thought I had the horrible awfuls.

No pain during evening exercises, but I noticed the thigh during the last three (leg raise, knee cross, symbolic crunch) and for a while after.

Didn't notice anything all day except for a settling-in pain whenever I lie flat on my back. I think my back hurt most of the time and I didn't notice.

No pain during morning exercises -- perhaps because I did them on the bed instead of the floor. A twinge or two in the left side of left butt during the first half of the dump tour -- more of a pull than a pain.

Back ache, but I have to pay attention to notice. No pain on typing -- so far!

Eyes didn't bother me, but swapping among three pairs of dollar-store glasses got *really* old.

None of them actually came from a dollar store.

My back issued "it's about time!" pains when I was settling on the floor evening exercises -- and I think it has stopped aching. I'm very tired because I missed my nap today.

Some slight hints from the thigh while working out, but exercise was easy enough that I absent- mindedly did too many repeats of some.

Some pain in back when leaning over a low table to mark and cut out some sewing. I lay down for five minutes a couple of times.

Last night, I didn't get to sleep until after four this morning. No pain; perhaps it's because I'm out of silly projects to visualize in detail.

Slight pain during first exercise and the knee cross, and hip slightly sore when I got up. Thigh hurts slightly while typing.

Woke up with sore upper *right* arm.

Slept well. No "shoes too short" sensation when toes touched sheet.

Everything functional. Doesn't even hurt to type.

Some pain at nap time, and still sore after getting up. A spammer woke me after forty-five minutes, and I got up.

At evening exercises, the right leg lift caused pain near the left knee. Thigh aches slightly while typing.

Some pain in bed, but it didn't stop me from falling asleep. I can detect the leg when walking, but it isn't exactly pain.

Getting into bed for eyedrops and exercises caused definite pain. Some of the right-leg exercises hurt the left leg. I now detect exactly pain on walking and sitting. Feels as though it will walk off.

Too busy today to notice whether I hurt or not -- the cat and I both had medical appointments. I got my boobs squeezed, he got a rabies shot.

Evening exercises caused detectable pain in the left leg.

My identification of the pain in my back as "it's about time!" was correct. Yesterday, I lay down to settling-in pains, started the first repeat, remembered an urgent errand of some sort, and felt no pain at all upon lying down a second time.

I still, knock wood, haven't felt any pain from pushuplets.

Last night's Gabapentin is still in the pill box. I slept well anyhow, but I think that the stuff is cumulative.

Left leg is ignorably sore. I paid attention to not stressing the right arm while favoring the leg last night, but can find a sore spot. Doesn't hurt to wave my arms around.

Ignorable pain in the outside of the upper thigh.

My leg hurt enough to keep me awake last night, but I don't think that was what was doing it. The leg stopped hurting before one in the morning, and I was still awake at half past two.

Small pains during exercise, feel pretty good this morning, but I don't think I slept enough.

Checked leg while typing. It hurts. Don't notice it while walking.

I'm missing my nap. Hope I don't lie awake until three tonight!

Lovely day for a ride. I could use better clothes -- I should turn out the closet tomorrow. I think I felt some pain in the leg while riding.

It's sore tonight, mostly while sitting. Ignorable, if I have something to think about.

Evening exercises took less than ten minutes. I think I've been skimping the holds.

Slept well. Some minor pain when first lying down. Toes of right foot complained that I'd been wearing shoes that were too short for a while. I find it difficult to detect my neuropathy this morning. Nothing remarkable in morning exercises.

Annoying pain last night and Saturday night and Friday night. About one thirty last night -- this morning -- I considered getting up and typing for a while. Must have fallen asleep not long after, as I got my three AM pill after four. Woke at 8:30, as usual.

Didn't notice anything while washing clothes and sorting junk paper, and not a lot of pain while napping.

Little or no pain on falling asleep, small twinges while walking, woke up with a sore right rotator cuff which has mostly worked out.

Yesterday evening, my right rotator cuff said "stop!" at the sixth pushuplet. Still "if I pay attention to it" sore this evening. I can also find a sore area above the elbow of my left arm.

Today, my back hurt after prolonged walking in Tractor Supply and Big R, and it was sore when I got off the bike at home. No discomfort while pedalling. The increased mileage doesn't seem to have bothered the rotator cuff.

Left buttock hurt during evening exercises, and I got twinges above the left knee. Pushuplets didn't hurt.

Finally got time to sew and didn't wanna. Could have been the gloomy light, and my decreasing patience with uncorrected vision.

Pain in left buttock during yesterday's evening exercises. Hip and sometimes leg ached after going to bed. Got up at midnight.

Farmers' Markets tour didn't hurt a bit, and I napped comfortably afterward.

I was up from a little after midnight until a little before one, and slept well afterward. Why sitting and typing should relieve it when that was what I was doing before going to bed, I don't know.

Raining. Walking to church for the first time since this episode began.

Walking didn't hurt. I arrived home tired in the back, but that was probably because only three of us stayed after lunch to clean up.

I cut my nap short by five minutes.

Some pain while falling asleep last night. Back still tired.

Got my prescription for new glasses yesterday, but the optician doesn't open until tomorrow, and tomorrow it's supposed to rain like crazy and Dave is going to be in Goshen. If I already had the new glasses, I could drive the truck.

Sore in the thigh, but didn't notice it until I started counting up my pains.

Had to get up and walk to get to sleep, but went straight back to bed. Can detect pain just above the knee this morning.

Enough pain to keep me awake -- I saw two midnights on the clock. Some of the pain was in my right leg. It's gone this morning and I'm hoping that it was due to the fall hike.

Morning exercises hurt some; ignorable pain in the thigh.

Last night: Pain in the right leg again, different from and less persistent than the pain in the left leg. Wasn't much of a walk going to the polls yesterday, but it *was* windy enough that I couldn't walk straight. I was asleep in an hour or two.

Some thigh pain this morning.

Back hurt while I was walking home from church. I think I'm tired from standing still to wash dishes.

Some pain at nap time, but I slept.

Shins itched ferociously at bedtime, which I attribute to having worn polyester tights all day. Putting my shin on a cold pillow seemed to help. The witch hazel I put on just before bedtime wore off quickly.

At half past one, I was still awake, so I got up and typed this. Riding my bike yesterday didn't seem to bother me. I'm still not accustomed to my new glasses.

I went back to bed at half-past three. Legs resumed itching when I got up, but rubbing first with a wet rag, then with oil, got them ignorable.

Shins itched at nap time yesterday, and when rubbing them with witch hazel, I noticed that they were hot and red along the streak where the bone is right under the skin. Witch hazel got me through the nap, and they haven't been bothering me since -- hope I don't absent-mindedly *scratch*!

Left leg hurt while trying to get to sleep last night, but I was asleep before three. I took my pill at five or six.

Background ache, easily ignored, in leg this morning.

Enough trouble getting to sleep last night that I got up for an hour or two. No trouble at nap time. Minor pain in leg at all times. No difficulty with evening exercises. I skipped the morning exercises in the interest of getting to church on time. Also skipped yesterday to get to a charity breakfast before the kitchen closed.

Yesterday I felt a twinge while riding my bike, sudden enough that I'd have been embarrassed if anyone had been near enough to hear me yelp. Pain cut my nap to three quarters of an hour.

In the evening, got interested in Usenet and it was nearly midnight before I got to bed. A few minutes before one, I gave up trying to get comfortable and got up to type this.

I stayed up half an hour, then slept the rest of the night. Feeling pain in the *right* hip this morning. Hoping that it's cramped from sitting wrong or something of the sort.

It wasn't pain that got me out of bed this time, though my leg does bother me a little. I just felt that from 11:30 to OO:40 was long enough to lie in bed thinking the same things over and over.

Slept well at nap time; no further pain in right leg. Some pain at evening exercises, none of it in the right leg.

Went back to bed at half past one and slept well for the rest of the night. Almost naptime now, and so far so good.

Back hurt some while I was washing dishes after the church supper. Since there were only two of us, I settled for occasional half-squats. Slight pain now (8:02), but I didn't notice it while walking home.

Slept right through, except for levothyroxin at three in the morning. Back feels tired if I check closely. Feel twinges in left leg if I check while raising foot.

Forgot exercises in the morning. Little pain -- and little sleep -- at naptime. Did morning exercises after the nap. They hurt my leg a lot, and it's still (4:28) somewhat sore. Raising foot doesn't hurt.

Still have to pay close attention to feel pain in the back.

Evening exercises didn't hurt much, but the leg cross made my leg feel sore.

I am definitely coming down with a cold.

In bed at 11:30, up again at 00:38. Leg sore, but not all that much pain.

Back to bed at 01:30. Slept well. The third exercise, the knees pull, hurt my thigh. Thigh interferes with walking for the first few steps after standing up.

At evening exercise, putting my right leg down during the first exercise, the one-knee-at-a-time pull, hurt my left thigh quite a lot. Also sore during other exercises.

For the last few days I've been fretting because I feel so tired and depressed: Duh, I've got a cold!

It's definitely pain that's keeping me from sleeping tonight. I went to bed only a little before 11:30, didn't quite make it to midnight, and when I got up, I could barely walk. I'm not all that happy with sitting here; perhaps pacing around a little will help.

slept well, but my leg hurt when I put weight on it. It walked off, came back (but not as crippling) after I sat down to put on my shoes (a rather lengthy procedure), walked off again.

Wished I had my cane once, but driving to the library, walking to the Winter Market, and shopping at Owen's and Lowery's went well. I paid a lot of attention while climbing the stairs at the library (between the Winter Market and Owen's).

I slept altogether too well at nap time, and got dinner into the oven fifteen minutes late.

Sitting on the sofa to read a book stiffened my leg so much that I wasn't sure that I could get up again. Sitting in the rocker was better, but not a lot. Perhaps if I'd remembered to rock once in a while . . .

Evening exercises hurt a lot, and I skipped the knee cross (the fifth exercise).

I gave up trying to roll over afterward. By hugging the knee of the sore leg, I managed to get into a sitting position, and from there it was easy to get onto my hands and knees. Once I finally got into position, the pushuplets didn't hurt a bit. But I found it difficult to stand up afterward; for some reason, I needed to get the *bad* knee up first, and drag the good leg under me as I pushed down on the sofa.

My leg had only mild objections to the wall push.

Much to my surprise, I had little difficulty in getting reasonably comfortable in bed. Didn't wake up rested, and had a zinc tablet, three pseudoephidrine, an half a grapefruit for breakfast. I plan to go back to bed soon.

Morning exercises only moderately painful. Left leg hurt more when I was raising the right leg than when I was lifting the left leg again.

It's painful to get up after sitting.

Pain in sinuses mostly makes me feel tired.

Went back to bed, slept until lunch time. The sudafed had stopped the pain in my sinuses when I got up, but I still feel a little sore behind the eyes. Light lunch, fooled around with the computer a bit, going back to bed after 13:45.

Evening exercises were painful. The first, one- knee hug, hurt more when I was putting the leg down than when I was lifting it, and, as in the morning, hurt when I lifted the right leg.

The second, the back-flatten, hurt. It usually makes me feel better. The third, the knees pull, wasn't bad once I managed to get into position. The fourth, straightening knee while lifting leg, hurt so much that I gave up halfway through the second repeat and did not attempt the fourth, the knee cross. (All names made up since the exercises came without names and I can't find them on the Web.) I've forgotten the shoulder lift.

Rolling over was easy, if painful; took a bit to get into pushuplet position, and maintaining it hurt a little. Some difficulty in standing up

Wall push didn't hurt much.

I took another zinc tablet at half-past nine.

My leg hurt so much after going to bed that I had to push it with my hand to change position. But the Gabapentin kicked in before I lost patience and got up, and I woke up feeling pretty good.

Put a load of laundry in before morning exercises. The exercises touched off the leg, but I'm hoping that it will walk off. All hurt, but not too much.

First load of wash isn't done, and I'm back to having to pay attention to notice.

Forgot to take notes at nap time. Nothing memorable.

All evening exercises hurt. The fourth, I cheated and pulled with my hand while lifting and straightening the leg. The left leg warmed up enough to do the last two repeats unaided, the right leg didn't. Couldn't do the vestigial crunch at all, and held my hands low while removing weight from my shoulders. I could roll over, but only to the left. Pushuplets didn't hurt once I managed to get into position, but they were harder than usual. Wall push didn't hurt much.

Thought it wise to loaf today -- still feeling a little run down from the cold -- so I took two naps, one in the morning.

I'm not sure I remembered to do the morning exercises. Evening exercises went well. Sharp pain on first repeat of the knee cross, #5. No trouble rolling over or doing the pushuplets.

After supper I sat hunched over while picking the hems out of a pair of pants. This made my back hurt, so I moved the light and sat up when picking out a second pair of hems. Then I hunched over the sewing machine for a while. This made my back hurt, so I flopped on the bed intending to take five, but after a couple of minutes I realized that it was only ten minutes before time to feed the cat, so I hastened to wash his dish and put it over a pilot light to warm. Somehow it got to be feeding time before I got back to the bedroom, and then it was time for exercises.

The whine from this computer is bothering me more and more. I turned it off at bedtime. Whereupon I noticed the whines from all of Dave's computers.

I did my morning exercises before getting out of bed. Practically no pain. My back is a little sore now that I'm up.

Thought I was over the cold until I tried to talk.

Yesterday's evening exercises all hurt, and I skipped the knee cross. No trouble rolling over, but I decided not to try to get into the push-up position.

Woke up hurting very little. Morning exercises made me limp a few steps. Pushuplets no pain at all. Left thigh slightly sore.

Yesterday's evening exercises all hurt, but later reps hurt less than the earlier ones. Trouble getting into push-up position, but figured out that if I got onto my hands and my good leg, I could get the bad one up. Pushuplets themselves didn't hurt.

Got up at half-past midnight because I was bored. #

Went back to bed at half past one, got up again at half past four, read some stuff on the computer, had a piece of spice cake, went back to bed at a quarter past five.

Evening exercises didn't hurt until I got to the fourth, straighten and lift leg, and then it didn't hurt much. No difficulty in rolling over or getting into pushup position, little difficulty in standing up.

Didn't think about my leg or back at all today. Except for taking precautions while I was devilling eggs.

Thigh hurts a little now.

Yesterday was almost pain-free. Even going to bed at night didn't cause much. Usual lying-awake, but got up only twice, the second time to take my Levothyroxin. Perhaps walking in Owen's with a cart is good for me. Never thought about leg, except prophylacticly while devilling eggs.

Hip and thigh hurt a little during morning exercises. Thigh a bit stiff. Not looking forward to two hours in the car.

To my surprise, the trip down wasn't bad. I'd have appreciated a stop to run around halfway down, but didn't *need* one.

Trip back was another story. My thigh didn't start to hurt until we were on the outskirts of Warsaw, but we hadn't gone far before my butt started to get tired of supporting my weight. When I had to slide the seat all the way back to get something and then slide it back to normal, that helped, so I did it again later. Supporting my weight with my hands and feet for a few seconds now and again also helped.

I didn't limp when I got out of the car, and my butt doesn't mind sitting now. But I'm using a different part of it. And I get up and walk around once in a while.

Back feels a little tired.

Nap feels a lot not taken.

Evening exercises hurt, but not much, and it was easy to roll over and to get up again. One "ah!" during the straighten-and-lift, one "ah-ah! and an "a-a-a-a-ah! during the knee cross.

Moderate pain during morning exercises, no "ah!"s. Leg stiff on waking, walked off to "I'm here" when I pay attention.

Woke rested at eight. No bothersome pain in the night.

Evening exercises caused pain in the front of the thigh. Each repeat of the straighten-and-lift was easier than the one before. Five repeats seem to be about right for that exercise.

Rolling over hurt, but wasn't difficult. Pushuplets were no problem.

Leg commenced to hurt pretty soon after I went to bed at 11:10. I got up again at midnight.

Spent a comfortable night. When I first thought about getting up, lying on my back made my thigh hurt, but I went back to sleep. Morning exercises hurt, but not much.

Thigh hurts when I think about it. I have to pay closer attention when standing than when sitting.

At evening exercises, only the knee cross caused significant pain. Rolling over, only a little pain, but I had to get into pushuplet position one leg at a time. No difficulty getting up -- but I've given up insisting on not using furniture.

Not much pain on getting into bed, fading by midnight. Comfortable night; no pain until I stretched in the morning. Oops, I forgot the morning exercises.

Moving the left leg hurt more than moving the right leg. It took six repeats to get full extension on the lift-and-straighten, and I gave up the knee cross after two repeats.

Rolling over painful but not difficult. Got into pushuplet position one leg at a time. Noticeable pain in left thigh.

Slept soundly at nap time, don't remember any pain.

Walked half a mile to church, where I climbed three stairs and did three sets of pushuplets, all with no pain and no trouble getting down or up. Also washed some dishes; my back was a little sore when I got home.

Lay down with my knees bent to rest the back; after two or three minutes my thigh started to hurt.

Except for the knee cross, my evening exercises didn't hurt much. Trouble rolling over and getting up.

A comfortable night, once the Gabapentin took hold, and not much pain before then.

Thigh started to hurt during Dave's exercises, and continues to hurt standing and sitting, but not much.

Little or no pain during my exercises, and no trouble getting off the bed.

Minor difficulty getting up after I remembered that I'd forgotten the pushuplets and did them on the floor.

Evening exercises: only significant pain was during the knee cross. Minor difficulty in rolling over, no difficulty in getting into pushup position.

The rest of Friday was pretty much like Thursday.

Yesterday I took my gabapentin ten minutes late (11:10), then went back to the computer and the next thing I knew it was after midnight. Slept well after the usual hour or two of lying awake.

Forgot my morning exercises.

After getting blueberries out to thaw for my breakfast, I did them on the floor, the blankets having already been pulled back over the bed. Knee cross hurt, rolling over hurt, no problem with pushuplets, I don't even remember getting up.

Skipped my nap. Feeling it.

Practically no pain yesterday.

Got interested in Usenet and stayed up late. Skipped breakfast and ate lunch instead. Took morning exercises just before napping; they hurt, starting with the third. Knee cross took determination.

I can feel my numb spot.

Little pain at evening exercise. I skimped on the knee cross; I don't think it's good for me. Small difficulty rolling over, no difficulty in pushuplets or getting up.

The numb spot is not so much sore as *aware*.

Haven't noticed difficulties in washing clothes etc. Taking a nap hurt, but I don't think it would have kept me awake if I hadn't had to get up to answer the door.

Woke up with pain in right rotator cuff. Otherwise feel pretty good, and the pain is working out.

First exercise hurt, the rest not so much, and I didn't skimp much on the knee cross.

Now the left cuff hurts more than the right one. Neither much, and have to wave arms around to notice. "Aware" pain in numb spot.

Didn't notice pain while working. Some discomfort at nap time.

Not much pain at evening exercise, but I felt it wise to skip the knee cross, and it was uncomfortable to roll over and get into pushuplet position.

I can induce pain in right shoulder by pushing my elbow back.

Some difficulty in getting comfortable last night, woke up with a sore thigh. The straighten-and- lift seemed to help. I did two repeats of the knee cross, the second because I didn't do the first one right.

Thigh still sore, but I no longer am tempted to limp.

I appear to have avoided stressing the right shoulder during the night.

I noticed the sore leg at nap time, but it didn't prevent me from resting. It's nearly subliminal now. (middle of the afternoon)

After supper, I sat on a dining chair to read _Brothers in Arms_ because that was where the light was, and probably sat crooked too. When it was time to feed the cat, my leg was extremely sore. The exercises helped, even the knee cross, and I feel pretty good at close to bedtime. Can sometimes detect pain in leg.

Didn't notice anything while riding my bike today. Comfortable nap, somewhat late because of bike ride. Evening exercises made my thigh hurt, starting with the back-flatten, but there didn't seem to be any reason to skip the knee cross. I did ease off on it a bit.

Some trouble falling asleep. Right leg ached at one point -- when the left didn't.

Slightly sore left thigh on rising. Morning exercises stirred it up, but not for long.

The evening knee cross hurt enough that I gave up after two repeats. Otherwise, pretty much a pain- free day. Now to see how I sleep when I'm not sure I took my Gabapentin. (It's not in the next- pill box. I remember going to the cupboard to get a pill to put in the box after taking my supper pills with my bedtime snack, and I think I swallowed it by mistake.)

Either I took it or I don't need it. Practically pain-free night, and morning exercises hardly hurt. I can notice the side of the thigh if I pay attention.

I did get up for an hour; felt that I'd been lying down long enough.

RIGHT

Both legs ached in the night -- not in the same manner. I got up for an hour, then made a point of lying flat on my back for a long time.

I have decided to label days on which I feel pain in the right leg with RIGHT, so I can easily count them.

I've already forgotten my morning exercises, so they can't have hurt much. Top of thigh is present when I think about it.

RIGHT rotator cuff hurt in the night. Changed position and it went away, but both rotator cuffs hurt during the wall push. On the other hand, I absent-mindedly did ten repeats instead of five.

Morning exercises didn't hurt much.

Comfortable walk to church and back. Took spells of walking fast enough to breath hard.

Took morning exercises just before nap time. Mild pain.

Not much pain at morning exercises. Right palm itched at web of thumb, felt a little blister under the skin, put cortizone cream on it. It's been years since the last attack.

Left leg mildly sore; morning exercises didn't hurt much.

Yesterday I removed the sweat pants when I got home, but wore my tights the rest of the day even though I could feel neurodermatitis developing under them. The tights prevented scratching, so it didn't get distracting. A good splash of witch hazel let me sleep. This morning I generously slopped witch hazel on both shins with special attention to the left, but both still itch and the left one gets my attention when I don't have something else to hold it.

Still feel a little blister in the web of my right palm. Will try to remember to put cortizone on it for a few days.

At morning exercise, leg sore, but knee cross didn't hurt. At yesterday's evening exersise, leg was less sore, but the knee cross hurt quite a lot.

Uh oh. Absently scratching while thinking just revealed a little blister at the base of my right forefinger, next to the web. The blister in the web of my thumb is gone, but I detect a spot that should get some prophylactic cortizone. I'll move the tube into the shower room so that I'll remember to put it on when I brush my teeth, so that the medication can be undisturbed all night.

Evening exercises almost no pain. Bustling around making cake and devilling eggs must be good for me. Sharp twinge in right rotator cuff on eighth pushuplet dropped me to floor. Did two more (absent-mindedly stopped at ten instead of twelve). On checking, I find that the left rotator cuff is sore, the right one isn't.

Ache in thigh during today's morning exercises. I notice my numb spot when not busy.

When I felt pain yesterday, I didn't notice.

If I recall correctly, yesterday's evening exercises showed me sore in the front of the thigh and the top of the knee. This morning, front of the thigh only, and it was so little sore that I absent-mindedly did some extra repeats of the knee cross.

I forgot yesterday's evening exercises.

My leg was sore enough to make me stagger when I got up. Much to my surprise, morning exercises caused little or no pain.

Leg was much better afterward, but came back while I was shaving. Faded with walking around. Doesn't like typing much.

Wearing tights all day yesterday set off my neurodermatitis. I gave both legs a coat of witch hazel this morning, which helped. I think I'll give the left leg a second coat.

Left leg continues sore, but has been ignorable for the most part.

I noticed back pain at the RIGHT hip during the service. On poking, I find a sore spot. Got less sore with further poking, but aches slightly now.

That slight pain seems to have moved to the left side now. And now it's sore from getting poked.

Comfortable nap. Woke up sleepy, but back & legs seem to be working fine.
